HMO plans require patients to visit certain dental practices and limit the treatments available to them. We do not currently accept any HMO policies, but please let us know if you have this form of coverage. We’ll do what we can to assist you. PPO plans give patients the flexibility to choose the right dentist and partner with their dental care providers to make treatment decisions that meet your needs. Every benefit plan is a unique contract between the patient and their insurer. That means you don’t actually have to visit an in-network dentist to receive benefits, but when you do choose to visit an in-network provider, you will have the lowest out of pocket treatment costs and rest assured that you will receive the maximum amount of coverage for your dental care.
